In 2012, there where nearly 250,000 Brazilian tourists in Mexico, having a 26.8% growth compared to 2011.
There are 71 direct flights monthly between Mexico City and Sao Paulo. This is why the Mexican and Brazilian governments agreed to suppress the use of visas between this two countries on their last meeting in January.
This measurement will start the next May 16th, in order to insentivize tourism.
