If selected as your representative in Mexico, GCM acts on your behalf before Civil Air Aviation in order to coordinate all permits for your flights. There are many reporting requirements mandated by government agencies. We are in complete compliance with all the official data required by every government agency.
GCM carefully coordinates slots for your flights at Mexican Stations in order to ensure that all operations can go smoothly. In addition, GCM audits all invoices received from the airport groups. We are fully aware of the limits imposed by the airport groups or ASA for payment.
To promote your company’s image and to maintain continuity at International destinations, our staff can be available to wear your airline’s uniform. Based on your guidelines, the staff in your company colors can be placed at the ticket counter, boarding areas, and ramp areas.

Ramp handling Service
When it comes to the area of Ramp Handling, GCM will work closely with the Ground Handler Company coordinating and facilitating all contracted services at the same time supervising this process to be done safely and on time.
You select your catering company and the range of services it should provide and then GCM will ensure that the services you agreed upon are complied with your fullest satisfaction. Also, you can send your menu requirements and we will provide quotation from some companies.
Baggage and Lost and Found
GCM supervises the loading and unloading of baggage to prevent theft and damage to the baggage. We also provide personal assistance to passengers in case of lost luggage.
Friendly Staff at GCM will see to it that passengers are given every possible assistance to recover lost items, or that the owner of lost articles are located. GCM operate a highly efficient lost and found office located at the Cancun International Airport.
GMC operates a specialized government affairs and permit procurement office. This office works closely with operations to procure permits, slot assignments, Overflight permits and all government related affairs.
GCM operates a 24-hour Operations Center in Cancun with dispatch offices in all major destinations to keep a watchful eye on our flights through Mexico and Latin American.
